Inspection Types

A home inspection is a very important step in the home buying process.  Being that this is the most expensive decision you can make, there are many reasons a home inspection should be done.

A condo inspection is very similar to a home inspection.  The only difference is that with a condo inspection, we do not inspect the exterior of the unit, unless it is not covered by the HOA.

A Four Point Inspection focuses on the four main components of a home, which are Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Roof.  The Four Point Inspection verifies the ages of each system and inspects the condition of each part.

Having a Wind Mitigation Inspection can help you save money on your homeowner’s insurance.  A Wind Mitigation can be performed on single and multi-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, and commercial buildings.
